How much do specialists charge?
Every specialist sets their own prices, and you'll see exact pricing on each specialist's profile before you request. On bookings through the NearMow map, you pay a 5% platform fee plus card processing on top of the specialist's price.
Is there a contract or commitment?
None at all. Request a one-time mow or set up a recurring schedule — cancel or change anytime.
How does the free trial work for specialists?
Sign up before March 15, 2027 and NearMow is completely free until then. After that it's $10/month. Specialists who join later get a 15-day free trial.
How quickly will a specialist respond?
Each specialist reviews requests on their own schedule. You'll get an in-app notification when your request is accepted, and a push notification once you turn them on (works on Android, iPhone and desktop; on iPhone, add NearMow to your Home Screen first).
What if I'm not happy with the service?
Reach out to your specialist directly through the app. After a completed visit, you can also rate and review your specialist.
